WISHON 919THI DRIVER

A Proven Driver Platform With Real Fitting Flexibility.

The 919THI combines a 460cc high-MOI head, variable-thickness cup-face construction and a bendable hosel—giving TSH Golf a driver platform that can be fit and built around the golfer rather than around a stock specification.

THE HEAD DESIGN

Forgiveness Is More Than a Big Head.

The 919THI uses a high-MOI 460cc shape to help the head resist twisting when impact moves away from the center. That matters because most real-world driver strikes are not perfectly centered.

The objective is not to make every miss identical to a center strike. It is to give the golfer a more stable platform and preserve as much useful ball speed and directional control as the design can provide.

Why this matters in a fitting: A forgiving head can help, but center-face contact still depends heavily on playing length, total weight, shaft weight and how comfortably the golfer can repeat the swing.
WISHON CUP-FACE ENGINEERING

A Variable-Thickness Face Designed for More Consistent Ball Speed.

The 919THI uses Wishon's cup-face construction together with a variable-thickness face. Rather than illustrating this section with another manufacturer's driver, this explanation stays focused on the engineering used in the actual Wishon 919THI.

01

Cup-Face Construction

The face structure extends around the perimeter of the hitting area instead of functioning as a simple flat face plate. This gives the face structure additional design freedom around its perimeter.

02

Variable Face Thickness

The face is intentionally engineered with different thicknesses in different areas. The purpose is to broaden useful face response and help maintain ball speed when impact is not exactly in the center.

03

Controlled Face Production

Wishon's 919THI technical information describes multiple face-thickness checks during production. That quality-control process supports the intended variable-thickness face design from head to head.

Why it matters: Golfers do not strike every drive in precisely the same place. The 919THI face design is intended to make the head more useful across real-world impact patterns—not just on a perfect center strike. Read the Wishon cup-face technical article →
THE FITTING VALUE

The 919THI Head Is Only One Part of the Driver.

Once the head is selected, TSH Golf builds the remaining specifications as one system. The goal is not to force the golfer into a catalog configuration—it is to make the finished club fit the golfer.

01

Loft & Face Angle

Selected around the golfer's launch, trajectory and directional tendencies.

02

Shaft Profile & Weight

Chosen for the golfer's speed, tempo, transition and preferred feel.

03

Playing Length

Balanced against distance potential, control and center-face contact.

04

Total Weight & Swingweight

Adjusted so the complete driver feels stable and repeatable through the swing.

05

Grip

Size, weight and feel complete the golfer's connection to the club.

06

Finished Blueprint

The completed specifications are documented so the build can be referenced later.

BENDABLE HOSEL

Useful Fitting Latitude That a Fixed Hosel Does Not Provide.

Wishon's proprietary bendable-hosel concept gives the clubmaker additional control over how the head is oriented for the golfer. That fitting latitude is part of what makes the 919THI especially useful as a custom-building platform.

The goal is simple:

Use the available head geometry and build options to reduce the golfer's need to compensate for the equipment.

BUILT BY TSH GOLF

A 919THI Head Doesn't Know Who Is Swinging It.

That's why the build matters. The head, shaft, length, loft, face angle, weight, swingweight and grip all have to become one finished driver that makes sense for the golfer.
